We are a student-led live event production team at the Western Academy of Beijing. We bring together creativity, technology, and collaboration to design and deliver world-class experiences. International conferences? Film festivals? Concerts? Count us in!

What makes us unique is our commitment to learning by doing. We, the students, take charge of every stage of production—planning, design, technical direction, execution… ALL of it! You might be wondering: “Are they really always on their own?” Well… not exactly. We’re guided by professional mentors who inspire us to pursue excellence and innovation—but make no mistake, we run the show!

Our mission is simple: to transform ideas into unforgettable experiences. To create moments people want to share. To build stories worth remembering. Along the way, we gain future-ready skills in leadership, teamwork, and problem-solving, while strengthening WAB’s culture of creativity and community.
